The guys at Teslamend did a wonderful job. Brought my used Tesla in for an in-warranty / pre-purchase inspection. They prioritized me and took me into the shop, showed me the car and walked me through everything they were seeing. Never charged me a dime even after insisting. Later brought the car back to them for repairs under my warranty contract. They did all the legwork communicating and negotiating on my behalf, and they really looked out for me and fought for me. At the end of the day I am happy with the work and would highly recommend.
